Full Stack Engineer | Full-Time | High-growth InsurTech | Remote (UK) | 65-70K DOE
About the Company
As our Full Stack Engineer, you won't just work on one layer of our technology - you’ll own it end-to-end. We are looking for a bright and experienced individual to be at the heart of how we deliver value, from crafting intuitive interfaces to building the resilient backend services that power them.
We’re a rapidly growing InsurTech firm specialising in data services that provide property underwriting teams with the best possible risk ratings. Our mission is to build intelligence for a more resilient planet, and we are looking for engineers who can turn imaginative ideas into practical, high-quality change.
About the Role
You will jump into a role where data is the core of everything we do. You’ll collaborate with a talented, cross-functional team to turn ideas into production-ready software, ensuring our customers always have access to fresh, reliable data to make smarter decisions.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working within AWS to create and optimise data workflows using tools like Terraform, Node.js, and Python. You will juggle building high-performance APIs, shaping how we store and access data across SQL and NoSQL systems, and powering intelligent search experiences using Elasticsearch. We are looking for an engineer who writes clean, maintainable code they are proud of and who champions quality through automated testing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
