Job Title: Back End / Fullstack Engineer III
Location: Remote role
Contract Duration: 6 months
About the Role
We are looking for a Web / Fullstack Engineer to join our team. We create a live experience that bridges the gap between artists and fans, and explore opportunities to create premium moments in emerging markets.
You bring a strong foundation in system design, data structures, and algorithms. You enjoy untangling problems with teammates and choosing pragmatic solutions that move the product forward. You will design clear interfaces, dependable data flows, and resilient systems that ensure we engage with people in innovative ways, every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Design & Build: Architect, develop, and operate both frontend (web) and backend (APIs, microservices) systems that can scale globally, following good design and development practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with a team of engineers, product managers, designers, and data scientists to build end-to-end client-facing experiences.
- Drive Quality: Champion engineering best practices, sound architecture, and operational excellence.
- Team Building: Foster a collaborative culture built on shared ownership, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are
- Fullstack Experience: You have experience working across the stack, from building scalable APIs to developing intuitive, high-performing, modern frontend web applications (NextJS/React preferred).
- Backend Expertise: You’re confident building and operating backend services with Java frameworks using modern cloud environments. Additional tools and technologies such as gRPC, GCP, BigQuery, and Bigtable are a strong plus.
- Agile Mindset: You enjoy working collaboratively on a full-stack team, using agile processes to deliver a project in incremental phases.
- Strategic Problem Solver: You approach problem-solving methodically and pragmatically. You investigate complex system issues with a positive, proactive attitude while connecting technical, product, and business perspectives to inform your solutions.
- Quality-Driven: You care about quality and know exactly what it means to ship highly reliable code.

- Experience with load testing and performance tuning.
- iOS or Android development experience.
