The Role: Full-Stack Engineer
We are looking for top-tier engineers to help us build both the front-end and back-end of our products at speed. You’ll be joining the most lean, talent-dense engineering team in London.
What You’ll Own
- Scale the Foundations: Architect and build the core, scalable backend foundations from the ground up to support a massive global market.
- Human-Centric UI: Collaborate on the planning and iteration of our React-based front-end to ensure our complex AI systems are intuitive and widely adopted.
- Product Roadmap: Partner with the founders to extract insights from customer feedback and translate them into technical reality.
- Team Building: Help us set the engineering culture and play a key role in assembling a world-class technical team.

Must-Haves
- Expert Python Skills: Deep experience building robust, production-ready backend systems.
- Database Mastery: Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
- Full-Stack Capability: Comfortable navigating both the back-end and modern front-end frameworks.
- Clear Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs.
Preferred & Nice-to-Haves
- Frontend: Experience with TypeScript and React.
- Scaling: A track record of building and scaling commercial-grade software.
- The Extras:
- Experience with WYSIWYG editor APIs (TinyMCE/CKEditor),
- AWS DevOps,
- IT Security, or
- AI integration.
