Here's the problem we're fixing.
Farmland gets judged on county-wide data. So a farmer sitting on genuinely good land pays the price for their whole county, locked out of insurance, lending and investment through no fault of their own.
This company is solving it. They've built an AI-native intelligence engine that brings together a century of agricultural and soil knowledge, so farmers can geotrace their land and see its real quality, acre by acre, not the county average. Good land finally gets recognised. Poorer land gets a clear improvement plan, and farmers can submit samples to prove the progress they've made.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The role:

- Frontend in modern JavaScript frameworks with clean, responsive CSS
- Cloud on GCP and AWS, with CI/CD and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong on security, performance and testing (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- AI native. This team ships with AI, not around it.
