🚀 Hiring: Fullstack Developer – Healthcare Technology Specialist 🚀
📍 Location: London, UK (Remote)
💷 Rate: £300/day to £400/day (Inside IR35)
🕒 Contract Opportunity
🇬🇧 Eligibility: UK Citizens only
✅ Security Requirement: Minimum 5 years of continuous, unbroken UK residency
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in healthcare technology to develop a next-generation, deterministic, integrated patient triage platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a national healthcare solution using the latest Microsoft and Azure technologies.

- ✔ Strong experience with C#,.NET 10, REST APIs, and Azure
- ✔ Hands-on expertise with HL7 FHIR R4, UK Core, SNOMED CT, and ICD-10
- ✔ Frontend development using TypeScript, JavaScript, and NHS Digital Design System
- ✔ Experience integrating NHS Login, NHS App APIs, and NHS interoperability services
- ✔ Azure Functions, App Services, Key Vault, Monitor, and cloud-native architecture
- ✔ Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools and AI agents in enterprise software delivery
- ✔ Strong understanding of GDPR, DSPT, and secure healthcare application development

Highly Desirable
- 🔹 GP Connect, PDS, PDM, SCR, or BARS API integration
- 🔹 OAuth 2.0 & OpenID Connect
- 🔹 Clinical workflows and healthcare interoperability
- 🔹 Experience with regulated healthcare software (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304)
- 🔹 HL7 FHIR validation, terminology bindings, and UK Core compliance
