About the role
Our client, a large, purpose-driven organisation in West Yorkshire, is hiring a Full Stack Developer into their in-house engineering team as part of a major technology transformation.
This is a genuinely varied role. You'll split your time between:
- Developing their colleague-facing applications
- Building integrations between core business systems
- Supporting live services
Working in an Agile team with proper structure around you: a dedicated DevOps team, testing teams, and a growing engineering function.

The stack:
- C# and.NET on the backend with REST APIs
- Azure Functions and Service Bus for integration
- React on the front-end with React Native on the mobile side
- SQL Server underneath
Delivery runs through Azure DevOps.
What they're looking for:
- Solid commercial C#/.NET development experience with strong API skills
- Commercial React experience
- Hands-on work with Azure integration services (Functions, Service Bus or similar)
- Someone who wants to build and deliver, this is a hands-on role, not an architecture seat
- Comfortable supporting existing applications alongside new development
