# Full Stack Engineer - AI Trainer
As a member of DataAnnotation’s coding team, you’ll contribute to a thriving community of 100,000+ professionals, including developers and engineers specialising in AI, machine learning, and diverse technical disciplines. Your role involves advancing AI model training by solving complex coding tasks, from refining logic puzzles to building interactive applications and visualising data insights.
Through flexible, on-demand projects, you’ll shape AI systems that continuously learn, adapt, and improve—whether as an adjunct to a full-time role or as a dedicated focus area.

Responsibilities
- Design and solve coding challenges tailored for AI training, with a preferred focus on Android (Kotlin).
- Write clean, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and clarity.
- Provide targeted feedback to improve AI model outputs.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent English proficiency.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Kotlin. Other accepted languages/frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
- Strong writing and grammar skills for technical documentation.
- A bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- Preferred: Previous experience in software development, coding, or related roles.
