Full Stack Engineer

Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Native / Backend-Led)

Location: London, Hybrid Salary: Up to £80,000 + Discretionary Bonus

We're collaborating with a well-funded, founder-led startup specialising in sports-tech. The co-founders are domain experts backed by specialists in AI and SaaS, constructing ground-breaking intelligent content infrastructure. This is an AI-native, architecture-led position that goes beyond traditional full-stack expectations. Success here depends on operational expertise in AI tooling, agent management, and high-trust technical ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire end-to-end delivery pipeline, covering backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
  • Design and scale real-time data pipelines and event-driven systems from the ground up.
  • Embed LLM APIs and AI tooling into the core product workflows.
  • Drive technical direction and own deployments in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to critical architecture decisions in an iterative, engineering-driven culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
