About the Team

The Engineering team works in agile, cross-functional squads alongside Product, Design, and Data teams to develop modern digital experiences. Following a recent platform transformation, the team focuses on building scalable applications, improving member engagement, and continuously enhancing engineering practices.

About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern web applications that deliver exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape scalable cloud-based solutions while maintaining high engineering standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality full-stack applications using modern technologies.
  • Build new features with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and AWS serverless services.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to define and deliver product features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
  • Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvements.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and technical discussions.
  • Help improve engineering standards, architecture, testing, and application performance.
  • Share knowledge through collaboration, documentation, and team learning initiatives.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience developing production-ready full-stack applications.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience designing and deploying applications using AWS cloud services.
  • Hands-on experience with serverless technologies and Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or SST.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, backend development, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience with automated testing, software quality practices, and performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and software engineering best practices.
