About the Company

Following a major platform transformation, the company is expanding its Engineering team to build modern, scalable products in a collaborative, product-led environment.
About the Role
The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain production-ready web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. Working within a cross-functional agile team, this role involves building new features, improving platform performance, contributing to architectural decisions, and delivering reliable cloud-native solutions that enhance the member experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience developing production-ready full-stack applications.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Experience building serverless applications on AWS.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or SST.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, observability, and performance optimization.
- Experience working throughout the full software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality full-stack applications.
- Build new features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and AWS serverless technologies.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver new functionality.
- Maintain engineering standards through clean code and automated testing.
- Monitor production systems and troubleshoot application issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate technical trade-offs and make sound engineering decisions.
- Share technical knowledge through mentoring, documentation, and engineering discussions.
- Help foster a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture.
