Full Stack Engineer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Software Engineer to join a fast-paced, tech driven business operating at the intersection of logistics and digital solutions. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on development experience who is eager to grow, take ownership, and gain exposure across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
You’ll be working in a collaborative environment where problem-solving, initiative, and continuous learning are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend APIs within a cloud-centric architecture
- Build clean, responsive front-end interfaces
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused solutions
- Contribute across the full SDLC, from requirements to deployment
- Support ongoing improvements and innovation within the tech stack

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Backend development using .NET (or similar)
- Strong experience in React.
- Solid understanding of delivering user-focused requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for high-quality delivery

Desirable Experience:
- Working directly with end users or integration partners
- Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- Familiarity with modern tech stacks such as C#, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Azure
- Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases, DevOps tools (Terraform, Azure CLI, CI/CD pipelines), and Emerging tools such as AI-assisted coding
