Full Stack Engineer (React/.NET/Azure)

SaaS | Scale-up | HealthTech
Remote (UK & Ireland)
Contract - 6 months+
Outside IR35

A fast-growing healthcare technology company is building an AI-driven SaaS platform used by organisations across the UK, Ireland, and Australia.

The product is live, scaling quickly, and entering a key growth phase with multiple new modules being built from scratch. This is not a maintenance role or a legacy rebuild - it’s a genuine product engineering opportunity in a modern SaaS environment.

The Role

We’re looking for true full stack engineers who are comfortable working across both frontend and backend, and who have experience delivering features end-to-end in SaaS or MVP-stage products. You’ll work alongside experienced principal engineers, taking ownership of features from initial requirements through to production. This role requires a balanced skillset - building high-quality user interfaces as well as designing and delivering robust backend services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
