Full Stack Engineer

Key Skills

Strong Java experience, including:
- Spring Boot
- Spring MVC
- Spring Data
- Spring Security

Proven experience designing and developing APIs

Solid database experience, including schema design and query optimisation

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitLab
Desirable Skills

Experience in monitoring and controlling applications and services

Exposure to Application Platform as a Service (APaaS) environments

A strong understanding of scalable system architecture and design principles
Location
This role is based in Northampton.

Purpose of the Role
To design, develop, and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools:
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance optimisation
