About the Role

The Senior Full Stack Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable full-stack applications while contributing to the continuous evolution of the company's cloud platform. Working within an agile product squad, you'll build modern solutions using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS serverless technologies, mentor engineers, drive technical excellence, and help shape engineering best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience building modern full-stack web applications.
  • Strong proficiency with React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services including Cognito, DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, EventBridge, AppSync, API Gateway, and SQS.
  • Experience building and deploying serverless applications.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, and cloud-native development.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and supporting technical growth.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Comfortable working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications.
  • Build scalable cloud-native solutions using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS services.
  • Design technical solutions for medium-sized features and engineering initiatives.
  • Drive experimentation through A/B testing and continuous product improvements.
  • Take ownership of application components and technical domains.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver business value.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to engineering excellence.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous delivery initiatives.
