Full Stack Engineer | Front Office Trading Technology | London
I'm working exclusively with a trading firm in London as they continue to grow their front office engineering team.
You'll work across multiple business-critical systems, partnering directly with traders and stakeholders to build software that has a real commercial impact.
The Role
- Building end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and data layers
- Working closely with front office users to deliver new functionality
- Designing scalable, high-performance systems
- Taking ownership of software in production and continually improving reliability

Tech stack
- React / TypeScript (or similar modern frontend frameworks)
- Python, Java, Go, C#, Scala, or similar backend technologies
- APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture
- SQL databases
- Cloud and modern engineering tooling
What you need
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience working across both frontend and backend
- Experience building business-critical applications
- Front office or financial services experience is highly desirable
- Engineers who enjoy ownership, variety, and solving real-world problems
