Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Contract)

Immediate Start | 3 Month Contract | Outside IR35 | Remote (UK) | SC Cleared or SC Eligible

Build next-generation AI and intelligence software.

We're partnering with a fast-growing UK technology business developing cutting-edge AI and cloud platforms supporting government, defence and critical national infrastructure.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the team immediately and help deliver the next phase of a modern, cloud-native platform.

You'll work on genuinely interesting engineering problems involving distributed systems, event-driven architecture, AI-enabled workflows and large-scale data processing, with plenty of opportunity to influence architecture and technical direction.

This is an immediate requirement, so we're keen to hear from contractors who are available to start at short notice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
