The Role
This company builds an AI data-integration and analysis platform that automates document processing, transcription, and natural-language data retrieval for enterprise customers. Their platform is deployed inside some of the world's most sensitive financial environments, where SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance are non-negotiable. They recently closed one of the largest Series A rounds in the sector, backed by leading investors, and are led by experienced founders with a track record of successful exits.
You'll join a rapidly scaling team building the core product surface, reporting directly to the founders. This is a true full-stack seat with end-to-end ownership, from React and Next.js on the front end to Python (Django/FastAPI) services on the back, through CI/CD, containers, and cloud deployments. You'll collaborate closely with founders, designers, and other engineers on high-impact features, contribute to infrastructure planning, and mentor junior developers. This is not a front-end role with backend tickets bolted on.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
