Chance to join a market-leading tech company in Bristol. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a business that combines the stability (year-on-year record growth and profitability) with the pace and ambition of a fast-moving start-up.
The Role:
Full-stack engineering role for someone who takes real ownership across the entire stack - frontend, backend, and database. This isn't frontend-plus-API work. You'll be expected to get hands-on with the database and genuinely understand the data layer.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and own features across the full stack - frontend through to database
- Work on greenfield projects across a range of product areas
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team alongside data, mobile, and DevOps engineers
- Take ownership end-to-end, from requirements to production

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
