About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack.NET Developer to join Avanti’s expanding engineering team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a cutting-edge, cloud-based platform that serves thousands of users. As part of a small, close-knit team, you will have significant ownership over your work and the chance to influence the development and enhancement of our core products. You will collaborate closely with an experienced Technical Lead to deliver innovative solutions, improve existing functionalities, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our platform.
The role involves engaging in the full software development lifecycle, from designing new features to refining existing ones. You will work across both backend and frontend components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. The position provides a varied workload, including developing REST APIs, working with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, and handling high-volume data processing. This is an ideal role for a developer eager to expand their skill set and make a tangible impact within a thriving technology environment.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in software development, with experience in the following areas:
- Commercial experience in C# and.NET development
- Proficiency with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience in API development and integration
- Strong understanding of database-driven applications, preferably with MongoDB
- Familiarity with Git and modern development practices such as Agile/Scrum
Additional experience with AWS, Kubernetes, or high-volume data platforms is advantageous but not mandatory. The right candidate will demonstrate a collaborative mindset, a passion for writing clean, maintainable code, and a desire to contribute to a team-oriented environment. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are equally important qualities for success in this role.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack.NET Developer at Avanti, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend services using C# and .NET
- Building engaging and responsive frontend features with React and other JavaScript technologies
- Developing and consuming RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between systems
- Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, including deployment, monitoring, and optimization
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, including code reviews, process enhancements, and best practices
- Handling high-volume data processing tasks, ensuring performance and reliability
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation and ensuring code quality standards are met
