About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Engineer – Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex digital transformation projects, developing modern cloud-native applications that address real-world business challenges. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure software solutions. The position is based in London, Manchester, Newcastle, or Glasgow, with a hybrid work model requiring 1-2 days per week on-site and occasional travel to client locations. The role also requires candidates to be SC eligible for security clearance purposes.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in full stack development with expertise in both backend and frontend technologies. Essential qualifications include:
- Proven experience in C# and ASP.NET Core development.
- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor.
- Strong understanding of REST API development and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within an Agile environment.
- Relevant certifications and a security clearance eligibility (SC) are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure applications using C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Building responsive and user-friendly web interfaces utilizing React, Angular, or Blazor.
- Creating and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices to support application functionality.
- Participating in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and ongoing support.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Contributing to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline release processes.
- Ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering, security, and performance optimization.
