Who you are:
We are seeking a pragmatic Mid-level Full Stack Product Engineer with strong Django experience to join our team. You will be responsible for building and deploying end-to-end solutions, leveraging cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines. We value demonstrated hands-on experience and a strong understanding of system design, architecture, and trade-offs over academic credentials. You should thrive in ambiguous environments, bringing structure and clarity to complex problems, and be adept at translating business logic into actionable technical workflows.
What the job is:
Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications from concept to production, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment to cloud environments (GCP/Azure). Apply sound system design and architectural principles, actively participating in technical discussions and evaluating trade-offs. Collaborate closely with product owners and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications and workflows. Proactively identify and structure ambiguous problems, proposing clear technical paths forward.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
