Job Description
You will join a cross-functional product pod to build and maintain the core systems powering Stint Ltd’s innovative platform. Working across Python, Go, and Flutter, you’ll solve complex technical challenges as we scale from £1m ARR toward international expansion, ensuring a fast and reliable experience for thousands of venue partners.

What You Will Do
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build, test, and deploy new features across backend services and frontend mobile applications.
- Design and evolve scalable GraphQL APIs and data flows to support thousands of venue partners and student workers.
- Monitor and maintain production systems on AWS/EKS to ensure high reliability and performance using tools like DataDog and GitLab.

The ideal candidate
- Has 3+ years of commercial, production-level experience and a technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Is proficient across a modern stack including Python (Django), Go, and Flutter, with experience in PostgreSQL and distributed systems.
- Thrives in fast-moving startup environments, balancing clean architecture with the pragmatic speed required to ship high-impact code frequently.
