Full Stack Technical Lead - Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on full stack Technical Lead to drive the architecture, design, development, and delivery of modern web applications, AI-powered solutions, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Azure Identity Services, OpenAI APIs, and Microsoft Teams Bot Framework, along with experience leading development teams and delivering scalable cloud-native applications. Overall experience of 8-12 years preferred.
The Technical Lead will be responsible for defining technical strategy, mentoring engineers, ensuring engineering excellence, and collaborating with Product, DevOps, and Architecture teams to build secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
