About The Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our Engineering Systems team. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to collaborate with teams across the globe. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering Systems, you will play a pivotal role in developing scripts, integrations, and modern web applications that support our ongoing projects and operational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, with particular expertise in Node.js, PowerShell automation, REST API development, and Autodesk Forge platform utilization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications and scripts to support engineering and operational projects.
- Implement and manage integrations between various systems using REST APIs and automation scripts.
- Utilize Node.js to build scalable and efficient backend services.
- Create and optimize PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system workflows.
- Leverage Autodesk Forge APIs to develop and enhance web-based design and manufacturing tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure maintainability and compliance with best practices.
- Contribute to the evolution of DevOps practices by automating deployment, monitoring, and continuous integration processes.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into ongoing projects.

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full stack web development, specifically with Node.js, is essential.
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation is required, along with a solid understanding of REST API design and implementation.
- Experience working with Autodesk Forge platform or similar APIs is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within diverse teams are also critical.
