Location: Broughton
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Description
We are hiring a Full-Time team member to join one of our vibrant stores based in Broughton Park Store.
The role will see you working as part of an established in-store team, helping to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for every customer. You will support the Store Manager and Supervisors to drive sales, maintain high standards and ensure the team deliver exceptional customer service.
From day one you will receive comprehensive training on our products, processes and service standards. We invest in development and will help you grow your skills, with regular 1-2-1s, coaching and clear opportunities to progress within the business.
The Role:
As a full-time member of the retail team you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the store, providing brilliant customer service and helping the team achieve commercial goals. You will be a visible, positive presence on the shop floor, assisting customers, coaching colleagues and ensuring the store is welcoming and well presented.

- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive approach.
- Deliver outstanding service to ensure customers leave satisfied and likely to return.
- Become knowledgeable on all product ranges, including features, fit and care, to support customers in making the right choices.
- Support the team to hit store targets and maintain a service-first mentality.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Process transactions accurately and handle customer queries or issues with professionalism.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive team environment.
About you:
You do not need specific prior experience to apply. We are looking for people who are positive, approachable and organised with a genuine passion for customer service. You will be confident engaging with customers, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
