Overview
You will play a key part role in supporting the day to day operation of the store by ensuring deliveries are processed efficiently, stock is accurately managed, and products are replenished to the shop floor in a timely manner. Working closely with the store management team, you will help maintain high stockroom standards, maximise product availability, and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience through effective stock control and organisation.

Responsibilities

- Receive, check and process deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all stock is correctly labelled and stored in the appropriate stockroom locations.
- Replenish the shop floor promptly to maintain product availability and maximise sales.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe stockroom environment in line with company standards.
- Prioritise delivery and replenishment based on business needs and best selling products.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management to maintain stock accuracy.
- Identify and report and deliver discrepancies, damaged or faulty stock.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure stock is available to meet customer demand.
- Follow company procedures relating to stock control, health and safety and loss prevention.
- Support the wider store team and management with additional operational tasks where necessary.
