Responsibilities
Our Isabel MARANT boutique at Bicester Village is looking for a new Assistant Store Manager. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the manager in organizing and managing the store
- Managing and leading a sales team
- Ensuring that individual and collective targets are met and managing the team's organization on the sales floor
- Ensuring a high-end image for sales, customer service, and customer loyalty
- Providing daily training for the sales team and new recruits
- Contributing to the development of sales figures and the achievement of monthly targets
- Analyzing sales indicators and being responsible for product demand and restocking, as well as inventory management
- Ensuring compliance with the visual concept imposed by management and the proper maintenance of the store (cleanliness, upkeep, tidiness, etc.)
- Monitoring the storefront displays

Qualifications
- Successful experience as an Assistant Store Manager in the luxury and fashion industry
- Enthusiasm for the brand
- Strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, versatile, and highly organized
- Excellent sales skills and CRM-oriented
- Head for numbers and proficiency in KPIs
