Full time Customer service advisor
Sales Assistant – Decathlon UK
Your Responsibilities:

Customer Service – Through your passion for sport, share expert tips and personal experiences with users. Guided by hands-on product training, you’ll provide the best technical advice across the sports you manage. As an omnichannel business, sales assistants assist customers everywhere—both in-store and online.

Merchandising – Whether full- or part-time, you’ll be encouraged to take responsibility for autonomously managing stock levels, pricing, and presentation. This ensures customers can effortlessly find the right product for their sporting needs.

Team Player – You’ll join a dynamic team of Sales Assistants who share your love for sport and celebrate victories together. Balancing teamwork and independence is key to success in our collaborative environment.
