The Fairfield County Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Full Time Educational Aide for the 2026-27 school year.

The chosen candidate(s) will be responsible for continuous and constant monitoring of an assigned student to ensure the safety and welfare of students and staff. The candidate will also assist in implementing programs.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position as well as an Educational Aide Certificate from DODD/ODE.
  • CPR and First Aid will be provided by the employer.

Compensation

The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.90 and is based upon experience and qualifications and includes full county benefits.
