Job Summary

The Educator plays a critical role as the foundation of lululemon’s success through exceptional customer service and guest experience. In this position, you will:

  • Engage passionately with guests to create meaningful connections
  • Deliver expert product education and introduce lululemon’s community and store culture
  • Ensure seamless transactions and omnichannel programs are executed flawlessly
  • Empower guests to navigate their athletic journey with confidence
  • Act as an ambassador for lululemon’s values of inclusivity, performance, and wellness

Key Responsibilities

Guest (Customer) Experience

  • Deliver world-class customer service, honouring guests’ time and providing a personalised, tailored experience.
  • Assess guests’ needs to recommend and facilitate customised solutions for purchases, returns, or upselling.
  • Practise comprehensive product education—highlighting the technical benefits and lifestyle support of lululemon apparel.
  • Execute efficient transactions while upholding lululemon’s standards for buy online, pickup in store, phone sales, and ship-from-store options.
  • Move fluidly across the store floor to proactively engage guests while interrogating and addressing store needs.
  • Actively gather guest feedback, collaborate with leadership, and take actionable steps to “make it right.”

  • Maintain store aesthetics by continuously restocking, destocking, and organising product displays per company standards.

  • Perform routine store cleaner tasks to uphold a luxury, inviting environment.
  • Adhere to people safety policies—ensuring protocols are followed for security and compliance.
  • Comply with all relevant store, company, and local regulations.

Job Requirements

Eligibility

  • Must be legally authorised to work in the relevant country.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must provide proof of Right to Work and any applicable local documentary requirements (applies only to EMEA locations).
  • Requires personal transportation to and from the assigned store location.

Availability

  • Flexible availability required: evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Willingness Requirements

  • Willing to work in an environment with bright lighting and auditory stimulation (e.g., background music).
  • Physically capable of movement across the store to assist guests and fulfil operational tasks.
  • Able to handle goods weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) without assistance.
  • Committing to teamwork while independently completing assigned tasks.
