Position

The successful Operations and Administrative Intern will report to the Operations Manager and support Northern Europe stores & concessions in the London Head Office. Please note: Candidates must be available to work full-time 40 hours per week. Available to start immediately and has the right to work in the UK.

Job responsibilities
- Prepare and audit various data outputs: stock movements, transactions, and procedure based activity analysis.
- Assist in monthly controls, commercial analysis on stocktakes and cycles counts, month-end closure.
- Support the manager in the monthly store visits and ensure that the Dior store Handbook procedures are followed.
- Assist in development and implementation of store Handbook training and internal control rules, laws.
- Support the manager with the annual inventory preparation and assist on the day.

Profile
- Motivated and proactive with good social and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Very self-sufficient.
- Attention to detail.
- Logistical thinking.
- Fluent in English.
- Analytical background.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
Additional information
London Head Office based role. Must be available to work full-time Monday-Friday and weekends if necessary. Must be available to start immediately.
