Overnight Customer Service Representative

About the Role
TigerTel is looking for reliable and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team! This is a full-time, remote position, following the successful completion of our comprehensive 5-week in-office training.
Training
To ensure your success, all newly hired candidates must complete a 5-week mandatory in-office training before transitioning to working remote:
- Week 1: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm AST
- Week 2-5: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm AST
Schedule
Once training is complete, your permanent working remote schedule will be Saturday-Wednesday, 11:30pm-8:30am with Thursdays and Fridays off.
Responsibilities
Your job will be to professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers, provide and request required information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary. You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and will be trained on a variety of call centre tools to help properly prioritize customer needs. We are an inbound call centre only. We do not perform any outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
- Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
- Computer skills in a Windows based environment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in-office for the first 5 weeks of employment
- The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
