Full-Time Sales Assistant – Bury Store
We are hiring Full-Time Sales Assistants to join one of our exciting stores in Bury. ✅ Full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Sunday flexibility required)
The Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our business, with a passion for showcasing our diverse product range and creating exceptional shopping experiences for our customers.
Your mission? To DEFY ORDINARY by providing insightful, personalised service that meets every customer’s needs. You’ll:
- Engage enthusiastically with customers to understand their preferences
- Style product sets, accessories, and add-ons to create the perfect shopping experience
- Act as a well-trained FOOTASYLUM Sales Ambassador, mastering product knowledge, care, and compatibility
About You
We’re looking for friendly, outgoing, and organised individuals with a can-do attitude. You don’t need sales experience, but you must have:
- Enthusiasm – a natural joxer with people and a passion for retail
- Confidence – the ability to approach customers, build rapport, and spark conversations
- Flexibility – willingness to adapt to a diverse customer base and store demands

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:
- Greet and welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism
- Offer VIP-level service to create lasting positive impressions
- Connect with customers to uncover their needs and guide them to the best products

Product Expertise:
- Become a PRO on Footasylum products, including fabric options, weather durability, and care instructions
- Provide personalised advice on product pairings and stylé options
- Stay updated on trends and new releases to deliver fresh recommendations

Store & Team Support:
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet store targets and maintain a fun, customer-focused atmosphere
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and discretion

Training & Development:
- Eagerly participate in product training and upskill opportunities
- Apply knowledge daily to enhance both your own growth and customer satisfaction

Transactions & Wrap-Ups:
- Handle cashiers and POS with efficiency and professionalism
- Ensure every purchase ends on a great note, with a smile and tailored recommendations
