Full-Time Sales Assistant

Full-Time Sales Assistant – Bury

We are hiring full-time Sales Assistants to join one of our exciting stores based in Bury.

Please note: This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate must be fully flexible from Monday to Sunday.


The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our business, driving passion and dedication to our products. We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious team members who thrive on showcasing our diverse range and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary mission is to create the best shopping experience for our customers – ensuring they leave with smiles and a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and uplift customers by asking meaningful questions, understanding their needs, and presenting our products with creativity – curating sets, suggesting accessories, and recommending the right add-ons.
  • Style every product with confidence, becoming an expert in our range, including fabric durability, product specifications, and care instructions.
  • Develop into a trusted Footasylum Sales Ambassador from day one.

About You

While experience is beneficial, we prioritise personality and passion. We’re looking for:

  • Outgoing, friendly, and approachable individuals who enjoy interacting with customers
  • Organised, proactive, and solution-driven team players
  • Someone who is comfortable initiating conversations and leading discussions
  • No need to shrink from customer queries – your friendly demeanour, sparkle, and smile will go a long way!

Responsibilities

** Daily Tasks:**

✅ Greet customers with a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic attitude – making them feel like VIPs. ✅ Upsell and advise customers, matching products to their needs and lifestyle. ✅ Master product knowledge, showcasing our range effectively and helping customers make confident choices. ✅ Collaborate with the team to achieve shop targets while maintaining a fun, inviting, customer-first atmosphere on the sales floor. ✅ Keep the store clean, welcoming, and visually appealing with an organised stock layout. ✅ Participate wholeheartedly in training and professional development to enhance your skills. ✅ Stay updated on the latest trends and product launches to offer timely, knowledgeable assistance. ✅ Handle all transactions seamlessly – combining professionalism with a smile for unforgettable shopping experiences.

You will be the first point of contact for customers’ questions – offering fast, friendly resolutions and ensuring they feel cared for.
