- Exemplary hospitality: Greet, consult, and enchant every guest with an unmatched sense of elegance, ensuring their visit leaves them eagerly anticipating the next.
- 1-2-1 private shopper service: Forge genuine connections with clients, turning transactions into cherished relationships through bespoke assistance.
- Market knowledge mastery: Showcase an insightful command of our collections, indicators, advertising campaigns, launches, and promotions—anticipating their desires as well as you would.
- Sales ambitions: Drive exceptional performance with bustling confidence, striving with the boutique for both departmental and individual targets.
- Comprehensive autonomy: Navigate cable complaints strategically, consulting your line manager only when necessary.
- Performance vigilance: Stay alert to sales targets, daily & weekly results, keeping both oneself and the boutique in rhythm.
- Stock vigilance: Adhere rigorously to stock management standards.
- Visual mastery: Help maintain boutique perfection through unwavering housekeeping and presentation standards.
- Payment & security: Operate with skill and dependability across all sales systems—cash, cards, exchanges—while practising scrupulous loss prevention efforts.
- Policy newcomer: Uphold Dior’s administrative protocols to minimise inconsistencies.
- Collaborative presence: Attend briefings and contribute productively to team cohesion.
- Adaptive excellence: Engage robustly in additional tasks assigned, responding with initiative and enthusiasm. Spontaneity is welcome.
