We are looking for Full Time Sales Consultants to join our London Shops.
As a Paul Smith Brand Ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience through confident storytelling, genuine connection, and a playful spirit. You’ll bring energy to the shop floor, build lasting client relationships, and embody our Brand Values every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver the Paul Smith sales ceremony: greet, discover, propose, close, and follow up.
- Build authentic relationships through curiosity and attentive listening.
- Bring collections and collaborations to life through engaging storytelling.
- Create memorable, above-and-beyond experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
- Take ownership of stock processes, including deliveries, transfers, and returns.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and housekeeping.
- Use in-store technology confidently to enhance the client journey.
