About the Role
Primarily based in Royston, the successful candidate will have proven estate agency experience as a valuer, winning instructions, and ideally would be NAEA qualified. They will be hungry for this challenging but exciting and financially rewarding role.

Key Requirements
- Proven estate agency experience as a valuer winning instructions
- Ideally NAEA qualified
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Smart appearance
- Competent IT skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy team environment
- Full driving license and own car with business insurance
Compensation
Basic salary and commission offered for the ideal candidate. Shared commission on all branches' income.

Working Hours
- 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
- Every 2nd Saturday 9am to 4pm
- A day off in lieu when working a Saturday
Additional Benefits
- 40p per mile for mileage used during the working day
