As a Store Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in driving excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and brand consistency. You’ll lead with energy and vision, guiding your team to achieve milestones while upholding the uncompromising standards that define the Tommy Hilfiger experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Excellence

    • Oversee the Shop Floor, ensuring seamless service, sales performance, and profitability.
    • Maintain all personnel, product, and merchandising functions for the store.
  • Team Leadership & Culture

    • Lead weekly management and staff meetings, communicating sales promotions and brand updates.
    • Drive sales growth through motivational leadership, motivating teams to hit targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Executive Support & Standardisation

    • Ensure uniform standards across the store—visual merchandising, lighting, presentation, and customer interactions.
    • Conduct on-the-floor management duties, including open/close operations.
  • Talent Development & Responsibility

    • Focus on building long-term customer relationships through unparalleled service.
    • Train staff in product knowledge and store operations, ensuring consistency.
    • Identify key talent for leadership roles, including succession planning.

About You

Essential

  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience in premium/luxury brands, with a focus on retail or hospitality.
  • Strong people management skills, including conflict resolution and coaching.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication—able to inspire, train, and collaborate with teams.
  • Hands-on adaptability:.Clear vision, quick learning, initiative, and adaptability to change.
  • Authentic engagement: Showcase the brand’s spirit with presence, passion, and positivity.
