About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Warehouse Operations Team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receiving, scanning, sorting, loading, and unloading products
- Preparing, packaging, and shipping orders with accuracy
- Organising and maintaining inventory levels
- Inspecting products for defects, damage, or quality variances
- Reviewing inbound and outbound shipments
- Optimal use of warehouse space and layout
- Regulating stock placement and organisation
- Reconciling and verifying customer invoices
- Ensuring strict adherence to company safety, hygiene, and operational policies
- Suggesting process improvements to optimise warehouse efficiency
- Maintaining high daily standards of cleanliness and order

About You – The Ideal Candidate
Key qualifications include:
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Proficiency in operating hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software tools
- excel in a fast-paced team environment with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly
- Methodical attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
