About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parking Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple parking sites. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of parking facilities, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. You will serve as a key point of contact between the company and clients, coordinating with staff, maintenance teams, and external vendors to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and service quality. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong understanding of parking management systems and technology. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and innovation of Euro Car Parks while developing your leadership capabilities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field. Proven experience in parking management, facilities operations, or a similar role is essential, with a preference for candidates who have worked in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. Strong leadership and team management skills are required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Technical proficiency with parking management software and familiarity with health and safety regulations are also important. Candidates should demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple parking facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of parking attendants, security personnel, and administrative staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Implement and monitor parking management systems, ensuring accurate ticketing, payments, and reporting processes.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with external vendors to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Develop and enforce health and safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a secure environment for staff and customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, striving to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and partners to support business growth and compliance.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance, financial metrics, and compliance status for senior management review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
