Fullstack Developer (IP Development Team)

About the Role

As a Fullstack Developer in the IP Development team, you will design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality software across front-end and back-end services. This role combines strong engineering foundations with a focus on performance, usability, and maintainability to create reliable, user-centric products.

You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team—Product Managers, UX Designers, and engineers—to translate requirements into well-structured technical solutions. The responsibility extends beyond hands-on coding to shaping technical decisions, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and long-term platform goals.

Our core technology stack includes:

  • TypeScript (front-end & back-end)
  • React (front-end)
  • NestJS (back-end)
  • Containerised environments deployed via Microsoft Azure

AI integration is encouraged:

  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to boost productivity and maintain code quality.
  • Explore opportunities to embed AI-driven capabilities into products and workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
