Payout: $230K - $280K/yr
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Fullstack Developer (React/Node.js) - US to work on a full-time basis. The role involves building and maintaining scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize full-stack applications using React.js for frontend and Node.js for backend services.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and database schemas to support application functionality.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the stack to ensure system reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in React.js and Node.js with a strong understanding of their ecosystems.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Familiarity with backend frameworks like Express.js and database systems such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) and debugging tools.
