Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Fullstack Engineer based in the United Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to build high-performance, user-facing applications at the heart of a global ad-tech platform operating at massive scale. You will join a product-focused engineering team responsible for the core “Console” experience, the primary interface through which users manage complex programmatic advertising campaigns and real-time analytics. The work involves translating highly complex backend systems into intuitive, fast, and reliable user experiences used across global markets. You will operate across the full stack, contributing to architecture, frontend development, and API integrations while collaborating closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams. The environment is fast-moving, highly technical, and deeply collaborative, with a strong emphasis on ownership and execution. You will also work with modern AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate engineering productivity. This is a chance to have direct impact on a product handling billions of ad requests daily.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain fullstack features across frontend interfaces and backend integrations for a high-scale ad-tech platform.
  • Build and enhance user-facing dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign management interfaces used for real-time decision-making.
  • Translate product requirements into clean, scalable, and well-tested technical implementations, owning features end to end.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and high-quality user experiences.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions around system design, performance, and maintainability.
  • Optimize frontend performance, including rendering efficiency, data handling, and responsiveness for data-heavy applications.
  • Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, testing practices, and continuous improvement of the codebase.
  • Support delivery planning by breaking down requirements into actionable engineering tasks and ensuring timely execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
