Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer
Are you ready to build the next-generation infrastructure powering AI-driven commercial workflows? As a Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer within our Commercial Digital team, you will design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade web applications and integrations that form the backbone of our AI operations. From building intuitive operator consoles and approval interfaces to developing real-time monitoring dashboards, you will securely and reliably connect these critical components to core enterprise systems via advanced API layers. If you are a skilled developer with a passion for AI engineering, backend automation, and cloud services, this is your opportunity to accelerate your career in a high-impact, forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust frontend and backend enterprise-grade web applications to configure, monitor, and approve complex AI agent workflows.
- API Integration: Architect and integrate diverse API protocols (including REST, GraphQL, OData, and legacy SOAP systems) to connect our tools with core enterprise platforms like Salesforce, SAP, Dataverse, and internal services.
- Backend & Security: Build highly secure, scalable backend services primarily using Python alongside.NET or Java, strictly adhering to secure-by-design principles within our corporate security perimeter.
- Identity & Access Management: Implement secure authentication and authorization protocols, including Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Single Sign-On (SSO), and role-based access control (RBAC).
- DevOps & Quality Assurance: Support modern CI/CD pipelines, write automated tests, and maintain comprehensive system observability (logging, tracing, and alerting).
- Data Modeling: Design robust data models and persistence layers (using SQL and Dataverse) capable of tracking workflow states, audit trails, and secure approvals.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with our AI Workflow Architect and Prompt Engineer to translate advanced AI agent capabilities into highly usable, reliable user interfaces.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
