As a Fullstack Kotlin Engineer, you will drive the technical strategy for a pioneering remote care platform. You will build backend services, web portals, and Android robot applications entirely in Kotlin. This role is pivotal in migrating to a V2 architecture, integrating advanced AI capabilities, and scaling technology that measurably improves lives.

What You Will Do
- Drive technical strategy and own the architecture roadmap for backend services, web portals, and Android applications.
- Develop and scale the platform's V2 architecture, integrating AI features like predictive alerts, falls detection, and conversational triage.
- Collaborate with operations and IoT teams to integrate medical devices and translate real-world care feedback into platform improvements.
The ideal candidate
- Professional experience with idiomatic Kotlin across backend (Ktor/Spring Boot), web (Compose for Web), and Android targets.
- Demonstrated ability to form and execute technical strategy, including architectural decisions and build-vs-buy analysis in regulated environments.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, or Copilot) and a bias for action in fast-paced engineering cultures.
