Fully Remote Principal Network Engineer II | Base £90k-£115k | 9% Bonus

We're working with a rapidly growing global technology organisation that's investing heavily in its next-generation infrastructure and cloud capabilities. As part of an ambitious technology transformation, they're looking for an experienced Principal Network Engineer to play a pivotal role in building and evolving a highly resilient, secure, and scalable hybrid cloud environment.

This is a fully remote opportunity, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK while collaborating with a highly skilled, distributed engineering team.

This isn't a BAU support role. You'll be at the centre of major infrastructure initiatives, influencing technical direction, introducing modern networking practices, and helping deliver enterprise platforms that support millions of critical transactions.

If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working with cutting-edge technologies, and having a genuine voice in architectural decisions, this is the opportunity for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
