FULLY REMOTE - Senior Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer - 5+ PQE
MAP Legal have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Associate to join their Non-Contentious Construction team and advise property companies, real estate investors, public sector clients, corporate occupiers, and contractors on high value and high-profile construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects.
The firm is a highly ranked International law firm, and the construction & engineering team is one of the largest (and most experienced and respected) in the UK.

About the Role
You’d be working on a wide range of contracts, including:
- JCT construction contracts
- NEC (New Engineering Contract)
- MF/1 (Major Projects Construction Contract)
- FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) contracts
Experience should also include:
- Advising on development and funding agreements
- Agreements for lease
- Major projects and regeneration schemes
You’ll be expected to provide prudent, commercial advice and be capable of running major matters with minimal oversight.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A qualified solicitor (Qualified Solicitor with minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience – PQE)
- Proven ability to give pragmatic, commercial advice
- Confident experience leading high-value matters independently
Location Flexibility
- Fully remote working
