Pay: £40,000.00 - £51,000.00 per year + 5% Approval Bonus + 10% ongoing bonus once approved. Salaries are postcode dependent.

Functional Assessor – PIP & WCA | Full-Time | Hybrid | Reading

Are you a registered healthcare professional seeking a rewarding career change? Join our team in Reading as a Functional Assessor, supporting Work Capability Assessment (WCA) services.

What’s on offer:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Hybrid working model – a mix of office-based and remote working

Your role:

As a Functional Assessor, you’ll apply your clinical expertise to assess individuals applying for WCA benefits. You’ll produce clear, evidence-based reports that support fair and accurate decision-making, helping people access the support they need.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Registered professionals with NMC or HCPC
  • Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
  • A commitment to quality, empathy, and professionalism
