Functional Consultant
Oracle HCM Functional Consultants (Contract)
📍 Location: London, UK 🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days/Week Onsite) 📄 Contract: 6–12 Months
We're seeking experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultants to join a transformational programme.

HCM Functional Testing Consultant (6–12 Months)
- Validate end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes
- Execute Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Validate HCM configurations and integrations
- Manage defects and support business users
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance

HCM Payroll Functional Consultant (6 Months)
- Manage end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll processes
- Configure payroll elements, formulas, balances, and workflows
- Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis
- Support SIT, UAT, payroll validation, and post-go-live activities
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams on payroll integrations and compliance
✅ Required Skills
- 10+ years of Oracle HCM Functional experience
- Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR / Payroll)
- Functional Testing, SIT, and UAT
- Payroll Configuration & Validation
- Business Process Analysis & Fit-Gap
- Stakeholder Management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
