Functional Expert - Supply Chain Systems

Job Purpose/Overview
The PNE Regional Key User Packs supports the packaging material planning team to work in accordance with the highest possible standard processes and assures the efficient use of related planning systems over the network. The role collaborates across plants and with commercials to support the implementation, training, testing, issue resolution, and functional improvements with the aim to maximize service level in line with cash & cost targets.
Key Responsibilities
- System Support & Troubleshooting: Act as first-level technical support for the packaging materials planning team. Support the material planning team on root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving activities, fixing issues or escalating them to the technical support team.
- Training & Capability Building: Train business users (both existing and new joiners) on standard business processes and supporting system functionalities. Guide and coach planners on best methods to utilize Kinaxis Maestro more effectively.
- System Testing & Rollouts: Test new system functionalities with the objective to avoid process failure and potentially introduce new functionalities into standard business processes. Support the extension of Maestro planning into all PNE Packaging sites.
- Data Governance & Continuous Improvement: Act as the owner of regional master data governance and reporting. Support regional non-quality cost reporting and reduction activity workstreams, leading continuous improvement action plans in line with the target operating model.

Job Specifications & Qualifications

Experience:
- 3+ years of solid background in supply chain processes and systems.
System Expertise:
- Practical, hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro is required.
- Practical experience with SAP is preferred.
Education:
- University or technical college degree, or proven equivalent knowledge through past business roles.
Language:
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Core Skills:
- Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and a recognized ability to effectively share knowledge and coach others.
